"Car broke down late at night, in a strange town. With myself and my grandson, I was a little bit nervous. Popped up my State Farm app answered a few questions and help was on the way. After tow truck confirmation. I received a text from State Farm telling me that they would pay for a Lyft to get us back to our hotel. I was so very impressed with my roadside assistance on my vehicle. Highly recommend this option for all women and families who travel."

"Brian Moss and his staff gone above and beyond to assist us. We had tornado damage in May and Brian was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was being taken care of. Our bad luck continued with having to utilize our roadside assistance and most recently we needed to have our car windshield replaced. Brian and his staff assisted me in each of these incidents and got everything taken care of. I couldn't ask for a better insurance company or agent."

"I switched to State Farm a few years back after Allstate raised my rates $500 in a year. My rates were already much lower joining SF but then just kept going lower which I appreciate. I’m currently working with Lindsey (and have in the past) on fixing my brand new car that got damaged from debris on the interstate the DAY after driving off the lot. She has been great to work with and patient with someone who’s been an absolute mess having to make a claim to soon lol. These guys are the best!"
