RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working Billing accounts and communicating with customers on past due and upcoming bills.
  • Taking daily payments from customers.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Gathering information on existing clints for Agent and Team Members.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to Pass the Alabama Property & Causalty Exam
  • Proficient math skills
  • Efficient in counting Cash
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and follow up in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
